Caravanserais projects are universal. It's purpose can be different: camping, recreation centre, students dormitory:While building it is necessary to plan the destination of entertaining areas, sport stadiums. They shouldn't be near resting houses, cause it may disturb tourists & guests. Also, It is necessary to take into consideration all developing resting tendentious and organize sport stadiums for summer and winter sports. It's unreal to imagine hotel complex without Russian bath houses & pergolas that must be rather spacious.

Small hotels are usually for comfortable living of 2 - 4 people. These hotels are season houses (summer houses) as usual. There are a lot of wide windows, terraces for outside rest. Warming season hotel make it habitable in winter.
